WHO WE ARE
Harambee is a not-for-profit social enterprise tackling youth unemployment through innovation, data, and partnerships. Since 2018, we have been in Rwanda, working with businesses, government, and civil society to create real opportunities for young people.
We connect unemployed youth to jobs, offer upskilling programs to close skills gaps, and support to help young people navigate the job market
Our Vision
To build Rwanda’s strongest and most reliable youth skilling-to-employment engine for digital and GBS jobs, ensuring underserved youth, especially young women, PWDs, and refugees, transition into dignified employment at scale for sustainable careers in the GBS, among other sectors.
