Our Skilling Programs

Work Readiness Program

The Work Readiness Program prepares young people with the core skills needed to succeed in the workplace, with a strong focus on roles in the Global Business Services (GBS) sector, alongside other entry‑level opportunities. Youth develop professional communication skills, customer interaction skills, teamwork, time management, and workplace discipline. The program also introduces sector‑relevant skills such as handling customer queries, understanding service standards, using basic digital tools, and working in structured, performance‑driven environments common in GBS roles. Practical support such as CV preparation, interview readiness, and professional conduct helps youth transition confidently from education or unemployment into the world of work

Language Acceleration Program

Currently delivered in partnership with Education First (EF), the Language Acceleration Programme helps participants strengthen their English or French for professional environments. The programme focuses on workplace communication, speaking confidence, comprehension, and professional interactions that support success in interviews, training, and employment. By strengthening language proficiency, participants can access a broader range of opportunities where communication skills are essential.

Digital Skills Training

Currently delivered in partnership with organisations such as ALX, Digital Skills Training connects participants to learning opportunities that build capabilities for Rwanda's growing digital economy. Learners begin with three months of Professional Foundations training, designed to develop essential workplace competencies before progressing into technical specialisation pathways. These pathways currently include Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Data Science.

Language Assessments

Language assessments help young people understand their current English or French proficiency and how it aligns with workplace requirements. The assessments identify strengths and areas for improvement, guiding youth toward the right training or job opportunities. This ensures that youth are placed where they can communicate confidently, perform effectively, and continue building their skills on the job.
